Our popular classic, naturally with pasteurized eggs from local free-range hens. Shake well before consumption! Alk. 15.1 % vol. Including the recipe for the “Rössl Eierlikör Punsch”. Note from head patissier Gerhard Spreitzer: Due to its alcohol content of 15.1% vol. No expiration date printed on the product. Liqueurs do not spoil with this alcohol content. However, the taste may change. Please store in a dark place away from light. A closed box, e.g. in the kitchen, is suitable here. Storage in the refrigerator is neither advisable nor necessary. The egg liqueur is best enjoyed well shaken and at room temperature. The bottle started should be used up within 6 months.
