Note from head patissier Gerhard Spreitzer:
Our egg liqueur does not have a best-before date printed on it due to its alcohol content of 15.1 % vol.
Liqueurs with this alcohol content do not spoil.
However, the taste may change. Please store in a dark place, protected from light.
A closed box, e.g. in the kitchen, is suitable.
Storage in the refrigerator is neither advisable nor necessary. The egg liqueur is best enjoyed well shaken and at room temperature.
The bottle should be used up within 6 months.
